We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to join OmniPATH and help build intelligent tools that connect Operations and Finance for multi-site businesses. Real product. Real impact. From day one.
Shape a product from the inside out
OmniPATH is an AI-powered procurement automation platform built for multi-site operators across hospitality, healthcare, retail, construction and education. We're replacing spreadsheets, email chains and disconnected systems with a single intelligent platform — and we need someone brilliant to help us build it.
As our Full Stack Developer, you'll work directly with the founder and contribute to every layer of the product — from the React front-end used by site managers on mobile, to the Node.js and Python services powering our AI document processing, 3-way matching and intelligence agent, LEDGE.
This is a contract-to-permanent role. We want to find the right person, and we want you to experience working with us before committing long-term. If there's mutual fit, you'll transition into a permanent role with a real stake in the company's growth.
You won't be a cog in a machine. You'll be building the machine.
Role Summary
Skills, experience & mindset
We're a startup building fast. We need someone who can ship quality code, think architecturally, and care about the end-user experience as much as we do.
Core Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript
- Solid experience with Node.js and server-side development
- Working knowledge of Python for AI/ML integrations and data pipelines
- Comfortable with RESTful APIs and Open API architecture
- Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
Platform & Infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, S3, SES, CloudFront) and/or GCP
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git) and DevOps fundamentals
- Understanding of authentication, role-based access control and data security
- Experience with containerisation (Docker) and serverless architectures
- Awareness of responsive, mobile-first design principles
AI, Integrations & Security
- Interest or hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude) and prompt engineering
- Exposure to document processing, OCR or intelligent data extraction
- Experience building third-party integrations (accounting/ERP systems)
- Understanding of data encryption, GDPR compliance and secure API design
- Awareness of OWASP best practices, secrets management and vulnerability mitigation

- Product thinker — you care about what you build and who uses it
- Self-starter — able to take a brief and run with it, asking smart questions along the way
